Ok, I had a good long look at my Sigma and the donor Sigma and the rust situation is a bit worse then I thought. I'll post some photos of the rust damage later. My Sigma has big holes under the vinyl roof (big surprise there, right?) but otherwise it's ok and the donor Sigma has a perfect roof but is completely rusted on the rear left quarter panel, there's a big hole near the fuel filler lid!!
While looking in my spare parts bin, I also found 3 brand new chrome bumpers that I bought ages ago and put them away at home and forgot I had them! Lucky I saved them, these are getting nearly impossible to find these days.
