Ebay find: 1979 GE Sigma 2.6 MPFI Turbo...

Here is another nice Ebay find: a 1979 GE Sigma 2.6 MPFI Turbo!

The engine is an Astron 2.6 four cylinder. It has MPFI fuel injection adapted from a Magna, controlled by a Haltech E6X ECU and has Wideband Lambda too.

The exhaust manifold and turbo are the ones that came factory fitted to the GH Sigma Turbo, plus a front mounted intercooler from a Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo, running 10psi, with 3 inch exhaust all the way back, making 125rwkw!! The original tune was done at Haltech.

The brakes have also been upgraded and 15 inch wheels from a Magna have also been fitted.
