Just a quick project update: the new brown GE Sigma SE that I bought has arrived safe and is now parked inside my garage, after a couple of hours of cleaning the garage to make room for the new Sigma! Now I can relax about the car being in a safe dry place for the next few days until the Easter break, when I plan to do some work on the car to tidy it up a bit. As soon as I can I'm going down to the local auto parts retailer to buy a good quality water pump for it to replace the old noisy one too.
